Nervous System Overload, A Modern Malady

If you discovered that the fear
The anxiety, the grief, the rage
Were your nervous system
Crying out for support and release
For care and understanding

Would you do something about it?

Well it is

You have built an identity
Out of a complex set of responses,
Memories and perceptions
You are more a ‘we’ than a ‘me’
And the ‘we’ is trying to say something
Trying to get some attention

Grief, suppressed anger, rage,
Fear, trauma, shame
When they are denied the full flow
Of their energy
Take up residence in the energetic system
They reside in the nervous system

The nervous system
Is an energy system
Electrical and biological energy
A storage and release system
It is exquisite, but it is designed to release its energy

It is an ultra sensitive and miraculously designed system. It will not be easily overridden. But in our ignorance and our wounding and our fear we make attempts to override it. And it leads to trouble, emotional, mental and physical trouble.

Spiritual understanding alone does not necessarily touch or shift what might be ‘stuck’ in the nervous system. I don’t care whether you call it Kundalini or Nervous System Overload. It needs attending to in some way.
Sometimes simply acknowledging this, or even allowing it fully to rise to the surface, can be enough.
Sometimes full scale body/emotional release work is necessary.

It may take a moment, or a day, or a year, or ten years.

I have rarely seen it fully dissolved and released through a mental understanding or even experience of ‘awakening.’ It is one thing to have an experience of awakening but the work really starts afterwards if the old stuff is still stuck in the nervous system.

Yes, it’s emotional, and it will require voyaging into the murky world of emotions, and of course we don’t want to go there. But one way or another the fact is that if there is anything that has taken up residence in the energetic system we call the nervous system, it must be attended to, and released into freedom.

So many people are walking around with such clear understanding, but on deeper exploration we discover the nervous system is on overload, and that’s where the work is.

Digest Your Experience

The root of great health and vitality
Is great digestion and elimination
It might sound obvious but let me tell you
That digestion and elimination
Must also include life experiences and the past
So many people are digestively compromised
Because they cannot fully digest their past

Or eliminate the waste product
Therefore they cannot gain the necessary nutrition
And there is always some nutrition to be had
From experience, even negative experience

If you want great health and better digestion
Turn attention not just to eating better
But to proper digestion of your life, your past,
Your wounds, those dark areas, the no go areas,
And find a way to transmute them through full digestion

What does that mean?
It means letting them in to your inner world
Eating them, chewing them over, absorbing them,
But not indulging them or creating yet another story
Out of them
But, like food, extracting the goodness from them,
Any nutrients, anything useful, and then eliminating the waste
And then forgetting about them

I have seen hundreds of people
Still carrying around the past
Unable to accept it, unable to digest it
And thus unable to really live here and now
And those same people often express
Digestive issues, or chronic illness
Or constipation, or some other related problem.

This is not as far out as it may sound.

Just How Connected To Our Environment Are We?

This one question is the source of constant inquiry to me. It is that important, and that mysterious, I just can’t believe it. And I honestly do believe that if we could see and know the truth of our relationship to our environment, we would be shocked to the core and change instantly.

But first I have to answer another question. What do I mean by ‘environment?’

Let me be clear here I am not talking about ‘nature’ or ‘environmental issues.’ Of course that is very important, and very related, but I am talking specifically here about consciousness and form.
I mean more on the level, to use a metaphor, of the goldfish and the water. By environment I mean the space we exist in, our reality (or what we take for reality), and interact with, and of course that includes earth activity, weather, sun and moon activity and planetary movements.

We imagine ourselves to be separate from the world and each other.  You can feel where your body ends and the world begins. You know the world through your senses, 5 (usually) coherent messengers that feed impulses and signals to your brain that your brain interprets as ‘the world’ and makes necessary adjustments.

But what happens if you are not actually receiving the whole picture? What is beyond the perception and interpretation? Nothing? Is there such a thing as ‘nothing?’ Is it as convincing as we believe?

We understand through science and quantum science that everything is comprised of energy at the quark level. The whole shebang is energy in movement, in flux. And we further understand from quantum experiments  (the double-slit experiment) that this energy field, which includes us and everything around us, responds to thought and belief, intention and desire. It actually seems to respond to who we are at our deepest level, not just what we think or feel on the surface of life.

Furthermore it looks as though we are all engaged in a consensus reality, a matrix if you will, a virtual experience that has certain fixed parameters and we get to experience it as our reality.

Please be clear at this point. I am exploring, not giving a thesis. I am not a researcher, a scientist or a quantum guy. I don’t have a clue, but I am fascinated by this subject.

Here is why. Because I FEEL completely hard wired to most of their reality we live in, and SOFT wired to the rest of it.

I mean hard wired in the sense that when I walk down the street like you I see shops, cars, people, road etc etc.

Soft wired becomes more subtle and unique to each of us. I ‘feel’ energy and vibration when I go to certain places. I am aware of  a feeling within me that doesn’t feel as though its mine. It can be subtle but I have learned to open to it. It helps to open to it as impersonal (without shirking my own responsibility for what I feel).

Further more I believe that I ‘feel’ earth-life. I feel thunderstorms, earthquake activity, moon-pull. I feel solar activity, as I know many people do, and I feel astrological pulls and pushes all the time.

And I ‘feel’ people. Some folks feel other people more than others. But they definitely do. I have also experienced many times a certain ‘telepathy’ with my wife, where I say instantly exactly the thing she is thinking. This has happened hundreds of times, and is now beyond shocking us. THAT SUGGESTS THERE IS MORE TO OUR EXPERIENCE THAN WE CURRENTLY UNDERSTAND.

I am not unusual in any of this. But what may be unusual is that I listen and take notice. I trust myself and am willing to open to what is happening, even though I might not understand it.

It is one of the things that makes me a good coach and guide. I ‘feel’ my clients and where they are at.

It is my claim that we are blinded by our own perception, and interpretation of our perception, and we do ourselves and the apparent world a great disservice by our ignorance.

We take the picture we experience to be THE WHOLE PICTURE, and that is one of our greatest errors.

Consider what happens to consciousness, to our experience of reality, in the deepest state of meditation, or in a flotation tank, or under the influence of certain psychedelic drugs.
It changes, fundamentally. And what has until that point seemed so real suddenly and often overwhelmingly no longer does so. Suddenly everything may appear connected to everything else, and it is as though ‘the doors of perception’ themselves have been opened and we see the truth that it is IMPOSSIBLE to define what is ‘out there’ as reality and what is not.

That awareness changes your life completely.

This post is a simple and basic discussion of this point. I would LOVE to hear from you and know what you have experienced and what you believe. I hope it has prompted some contemplation and even a rethink of where you are at.

Thanks for reading!

Getting ‘Clean’ and How it Changes Your Life

I talk a lot in my sessions (and outside my sessions) about being ‘clean.’ It seems to resonate with people. People actually get what it means, those who have the desire to escape the mess and drama of what they have been used to.

Clean is not strange or even difficult to attain. It is, I guess, profound to the normal, messy, entangled one who hangs on to that way of life, who maybe even secretly loves and desires the attention they get from all the drama.
Some of those people are narcissists, and some are just regular unconscious, but they are all caught up in the same web, sticky and messy and overly dramatic.

I was done with all that. I am clean. That means I don’t lay anything weird on anyone, neither am I available for anyone to stick any weirdness on me. It’s not a defensive or attacking stance. It is neutral, just not playing bullshit dramatic games ever. Clean. Out of the entanglement. Maybe you could call it natural.

We were, most of us, born into the drama, and we got completely sold it, and then we became it. It’s family for most of us. And then it becomes everything in our lives. Politics is drama, many relationships are drama. They all have the same stickiness..It’s horrible. And its not the only way to live, nor the most preferable.

That is why I talk about becoming ‘clean.’ Because by becoming clean, without closing down or shutting everything out, life becomes easier. Shit still happens but it doesn’t stick any more.

It is maturity, growing up, becoming wise. It’s the end of games and the beginning of real life. Sure you might have to say no to a load of things and people. That comes with being clean. But if that is what you really want, that’s what you have to do.

It is very refreshing.

So why does it matter in regard health and wellbeing?

Well this is a good question and very relevant in today’s world. You see, in today’s world the majority of thought still has us living as though everything were separate from everything else. In this world of separation what you think, feel, believe, and how ‘clean’ you are in your energetic body does not matter at all. As far as a lot of science is concerned the two are completely separate.

So I ask you…Do you believe that everything is separate from everything else? I bet you don’t.

Here is my take: EVERYTHING YOU DO, SAY, THINK, FEEL AND BELIEVE has an effect on your wellbeing and/or your illness.

It is all involved and everything casts an influence in direct and indirect ways. If you have complicated, sticky, even messy and manipulative relationships that keep you stuck and cause you stress, you are going to feel it in your body, its going to influence things like eating habits, addictive patterns, energy levels and sleeping patterns. It is going to impact your nervous system and your immune system. Period.

Being ‘clean,’ gives you breathing space, a sense of freedom and lightness. It allows your aura to grow, and you can stop some of the activity that requires so much energy. It takes great energy to play games and defend and attack. The bottom line is where are you going to place your energy and attention?

So I am a total advocate for getting ‘clean.’ It has worked so well for me I cannot begin to tel you. My clients benefit from my being clean and they begin to feel it in their own lives, and that affects the people around them. And so it becomes effortless.

Try it, contemplate this. Get back to me if you don’t know what I’m talking about, or ask anything.

The Warrior’s Path of Healing Auto Immune – OPENING THE HEART

HEALING the WOUNDED HEART and its impact on the Auto Immune illness.

There is a basis for my work. It is pretty deep and only for those who want to dive into the essence of their being and unravel all those stories that have held them captive for years.
The bottom line I work from is this: It is all about the relationship between ‘us’ and the ‘outside world.’

That all things are about our perceived relationship to the apparent outside world, from conception, through utero and upon and beyond birth.

This fragile and vulnerable relationship is mirrored in our immune system, itself in ‘relationship’ to the apparent outside world.

When the heart gets wounded early in life and withdraws into ‘self protection’ it seems to impact the immune system and the whole of the relationship we have with the outside world.

It can create a radical sensitivity, a vulnerability, or a fear and hostility. All these affect the delicate balance in our gut, and in our entire digestive tract.

It can set up an unconscious ‘fight or flight’ mechanism that will run the entirety of our lives, or it can trigger unresolved and unexpressed anger and rage that creates heat and inflammation in the delicate system we have.

None of this is good in the long term, because all these suppressions of our energy, or build up of unexpressed anger and heat, eventually wear down the struggling auto immune system and leave it open and vulnerable to all sorts of issues.

If you put enough pressure on a system eventually it will collapse, thats the same with our inner systems.

And so, part of the response to ‘symptoms’ that present in all auto immune, as well as taking care of the physical needs, is to take a true and authentic look inside at what the heart is hiding, or what the heart is hiding from.

Releasing that energy, that vulnerability, that anger or fear, or disappointment, may not be the ‘magic bullet,’ but it is going to contribute to the healing of the whole organism.

The Warrior’s Path of Healing Auto Immune.

Exercise – Movement of Energy – Is Not Optional

I feel called to talk a little about exercise. I don’t think enough people actually do it regularly.

That’s the key, regularly. There is no real point in just doing a bit here and there. It doest work. It is regular movement of energy that works and gets the the flowing going. And that is one of the keys to health.

It sounds obvious but from what I see not many people actually act on this information.

Exercise is simple. All it really is is movement of energy. Energy must move or it stagnates. If it’s energy inside the body, inside the blood system, lymph system, bones or nervous system, it needs to move, period.
The lymphatic system is a major drainage system for cellular waste, but it relies on movement of energy to work. No movement, no elimination of lymphatic waste. No elimination of lymph waste and there will be build up of toxic residue in the body. That is trouble. That is toxicity in the system that cannot get out and just circulates. We call that the onset of chronic disease.

So exercise, or movement of energy, is necessary for regular health. And it is not just necessary for the body. Oh how the mind loves movement. It gets the chance to hatch ideas, dream, reflect and contemplate.

What constitutes movement of energy?

Walking, running, hiking, cycling, yoga, etc etc, you know the kind of things. Even breathing, deep diaphragmatic breathing can be a form of exercise. Rebounding is excellent.

But you have got do it often.

A little movement often is better than a lot every now and then.

It needs to become a habit, the same way not doing it has become a habit. Children do it naturally. You and I were children. We became lazy and distracted and forgot the joy of movement.

And here is my final point in this short call to movement.

Before you start you might have a lot of resistance. The mind is lazy and says ‘I don’t want to, it’s too hard, lets do it another day.’ and so on.

But if you persist, the reward is satisfaction and a warm body glow, and a sense of pride and achievement. Even if it’s small its there.

And you get to choose which feeling you want to respond to. The resistance or the possibility of satisfaction.

I know which I choose, and I do that over and over. And it has been hard for me to be motivated. But it works.

Yes of course when you are so out practice it is tough at first. But thats where your will, your desire, your determination and your warrior nature, kick in. You make it your business to keep going. One foot in the front of the other. Not just when yo feel like it.

Exercise is not something you do just when you feel like it. It is beyond that limited thinking.

Make it you business to find something that suits you. Experiment.

And persist.

If you want support with motivation or you have any other issue you feel you need support with, get in touch.
I could help you change the course of your life.

The Body Is Always Pointing To Love

I have this statement on my website:

The Body Is Always Pointing To Love

What does it mean and isn’t it a bit woohoo and weird?
And how can the body and love be connected?
And what happens if the body gets sick and dies?

Good questions!

What I am suggesting is that the body is a reflection of consciousness and personality. It stores all the stories we have had, all the dramas of our life, and all the things we could not process during our childhood, youth or adulthood.

And that includes all the times we moved away from love’s innocence because we were afraid.

Your body is the reason you are here in this world. If you didn’t have a body you wouldn’t be here. As consciousness you owe a lot to the body you have. It is probably the greatest miracle of high tech, biological, electrical engineering we could imagine. It is extraordinary in the extreme, but to reduce it to its chemical or biological, or even electrical components is something of an insult, because it is so much more than that.

The Indians first came up with the awareness of inner energy vortices inside the body that vibrate at different frequencies and have different purposes. They called them chakras. Chinese medicine has studied and used the inner energy system of the body for its acupuncture work for centuries, and so its not new information to be aware that the body has deep intelligence that we don’t really fully understand.

BUT…you are not the body. Well, in truth, you ARE the body and your are NOT the body. Ultimately you are consciousness. But while you are here in form you are intimately connected to your body.

And therein lies the word intimately. You as consciousness are intimately connected to your own body. But the body itself will perish and die. It will develop issues, get old, wear out. It will carry scars and wounds and let you down, and finally dissolve into the dust from which it came. Your body teaches you about who you really are.

And since who you really are is consciousness, which is unconditional love, it is fair to say that the body is always pointing you to love.

I would actually go one step further and say that life itself as we experience it, all experience and everything that manifests, is pointing us to love, the love that is our unconditional nature.

But we miss that because we are so full of our stories and our hurts and wounds and fears and resentments and grievances. We miss the best bit of being human. And what is that best bit?

The best bit is forgetting we are love itself and getting lost in the dream and the drama, and then waking up again and finding our way home and remembering our true nature.

That is the best bit. It’s worth all the effort of being lost.

But finding your way home to this exalted, yet utterly natural, state, can be tricky. It takes persistence, great humility, and warrior-like guts. And sometimes a guide to point the right direction.

I like to think I am one of those guides, a pointer in that direction.

We Are Light Beings Stuck in the Darkness

We are designed to channel LIGHT. That’s what we are, light beings.

That light should inform us on the cellular level, bringing information and life to each cell, complete with instructions for each of ours divine destiny.

The blueprint for our purpose here on Earth is contained in this light. Without it we are kinda lost.
Sure we can substitute this blueprint with our egoic games and assertions. That’s what happens to most people. And that’s what the world is composed of mostly, ego games.

This is not some new age woo woo idea here. I believe this theory will become evident truth in the years to come. It’s not lightweight information, it is hard core and deeply challenging, yet it really is HIGHLY INSPIRING. It opens up many new possibilities for healing, and brings hope where, often, there is none.

Without this light informing and guiding our hands life will be struggle. Welcome to the world of Samsara, of suffering.

So the question is, ‘How can we get this light into the cells and bring the ‘body spiritual’ back on line?’

That is what this ‘holistic practice’ is all about:
Bringing harmony where there is separation, holism where there is fragmentation

It takes work and effort.
And that certainly rules out most people. I am afraid to say that many people, even though they want this kind of experience, don’t want to work hard for it, don’t want to have to change too much for it, don’t want to go beyond their comfort zone for it.

But what I am talking about involves all the above, and more. Which means you must have a certain warrior tendency to contemplate it.

Is that you?

This is the big question.

What if almost everything you’ve been told about health and the human body is wrong? What if you had within you the ability to heal from any condition?‘ – Barbara Wren

Click the PICTURE to explore the book.
This book is a great introduction to new possibilities. I recommend it for information, inspiration and expanding possibilities. It is a timeless classic and is still relevant today. Buy it you will not regret it.

So what if we actually have it all wrong?

What if we are going about health, well being, the body, and even life itself, in the wrong way? What if our core understanding of how life happens, how we happen, what nourishes us, what affects us, is all wrong?

I am prepared to explore those possibilities, and in exploring them new ideas emerge. A whole new potential way of thinking and living arises. That is what we need so badly, hope and vision.

Maybe it is time for a complete overhaul of the old paradigm of beliefs.

Because beliefs define how we interact with the world – and our beliefs appear to define how the world responds.

So what can you and I really do to get this going, get more light streaming into our lives and into our cellular bodies?

1. Detox and Nourish the body – sounds simple right? Well its not that easy. The current western diets are all over the place. They are highly acidic and chemicalized. Getting back to basic is a good way to begin and keep going. That means eating fresh foods, made by God, not man. Mostly vegetables and fruits. Keep away from ma made products, they are the addictive and acidic ones. Nature is balanced mostly, and that is what is going to restore us to harmony.
That said focusing in on gut health is always going to help create and restore core well being and harmony.

2. Deal with hot and toxic emotions – sounds simple right? Well its not that easy? Most of us have lived lives that have forced us to push away difficult emotions. It is culturally acceptable to sweep things under the carpet, and that’s what we have all done. But it doesn’t work, it doesn’t create health and it has an impact on the body. Imagine what this means over the years, as we build up these stresses. Yikes.

3. Spend time in nature doing nothing – sounds simple right? Well its not that easy. Just do it, that is all. It works. Sit next to a tree. Walk barefoot on the sand, on the grass. Swim, paddle, lie down. It is hard to do nothing, but it works, it stills the mind and the immune system, and of course the nervous system.

4. Visualize and contemplate radiant light streaming in to your cellular body and lighting up your inner body. Give yourself to this process every day for 21 days and see what happens. See each cells welcoming the light and using it to eject the toxicity and blockages, and see those being carried effortlessly from your body. This really works and was something I developed as a practice when I was housebound and seriously suffering a few years ago.

After 21 Days Water Fasting in Costa Rica.

If you start here things will begin to happen, because you are creating new habits, and new habits are what you need.

And of course if I can help in any way do let me know.

Thanks and stay healthy!

A Fundamental Error in Health, Healing and the Body.

Our number one fundamental error when it comes to health and healing, wellbeing, illness and even our approach to the body itself, is this:

We assume all our answers are going to be found on the linear level of reality. We are so embedded in this causal reality with all its rules that we are unable to traverse the mysterious inner world where everything is interconnected and changeable, where matter and consciousness blend into the same thing and, ultimately, where there is no ‘real world,’ only consciousness.

When we allow ourselves to entertain new possibilities and new explorations, and we dive into the murky world of emotions, into the prison of conditioned thinking and beliefs, into our cultural conditioning itself, and even further into the nature of reality, we open the door to all kinds of awareness and insights, into a whole new vista of previously unexplored potential.

And that potential is packed with transformational energy. That potential is the potential of miracles and spontaneous healing.
Thats pretty much the only way we can access the doorway.

THINK BEYOND THE BOX.

Most people either don’t want to or simply can’t get far enough beyond the ‘in the box’ thinking for them to imagine other realities or possibilities. But that is really what we must do in order to transform or heal.

HOW?

First you must imagine that it is possible. It must enter your world through the imagination. Imagination opens the door of possibility.

Then you have to explore and experience. You have to meet what you experience openly, and when there is contraction and judgement you must commit to surrendering it. It is a constant deepening, a voyage to the centre of life. A journey into the heart of darkness. The gifts are incalculable. Sometimes miraculous.

You must persist beyond your comfort zone and break out.  Willingness itself makes this possible.

Sometimes you need someone to guide you and assist the journey.

Thats what I do.

Awakening Is How The World Changes

My most important blog for a while – Christmas Special!

It is easy, given the global intensity and upheaval in all walks of life, to lose heart and let your spirit drop. It seems that the world is going under and we are sliding into increasing chaos, violence, bigotry and war. We have seen this fall into chaos happening in other countries, due to the toppling of governments and regime changes, and because of financial debts in some countries.
There is an ever growing fear and terrorism is feeding on it. And the governments are feeding on it. We are living in such inequality it beggars belief, and we have now entered the era of lies, false media, overt manipulation of opinion and total government deceit.

No one knows who to believe, what to believe or what to do. It is a time of great vulnerability and is a deep challenge to each and everyone of us who wants to live in peace, and those of us who are sensitive and open to all this change.

I meet many people, and since we arrived in California just three months ago I have had the opportunity to really feel what is happening in this part of the world, and it is the same here. There is such an inner sense of the ground being pulled out and shaken it is undermining. Of course in most of our western societies ‘normal life’ continues. The global upheaval has not yet hit most people in their daily lives. When (and if) that day happens things are going to shift rapidly and radically. Probable chaos. But that is just speculation. Meanwhile.

What does that all mean for you who aspires to spiritual, and holistic, well being?
What does it mean to be getting sucked into fear and anxiety?
How do you surf it, and at what point do you descend into a panic? Or do you ever?
Is there a away of using the events of this life to support and deepen your spiritual depth and wisdom?
Is there a way of being in the world fully without getting drawn into the madness of division and separation?
Is there a possibility of being useful to the world, useful to other beings, human and animal, useful to the environment, during this epic shift of energies?

I believe there is. Being the calm at the centre of the storm, the silent ‘eye at the centre,’ could be the most useful and healing thing way you could contribute right now. Sure activism happens when needed, campaigning, taking to the streets is great and right, but when this activity comes from the silence of being, from the calmness at the epicentre, from the rock of peacefulness, it has real power exponentially greater than the superficial power of ego mania that rules planet earth.
Social activism is really powerful and may create lasting change only when it is not driven by a divided self. We are looking for greater change than this. We are looking for evolutionary change. And that change is not only on the outside. That change is primarily on the inside of Man, and that means on the inside of each of us. It is change in consciousness.

There is one primary piece of knowing that drives this argument.

The outer world is a manifestation of our inner world.

There are so many ways to understand that line, but each of them points to the same thing. We have a power of manifestation that is significantly greater than the superficial power we usually believe is the only one.

When we are fully aligned to our true authentic nature as divine consciousness, in other words, when we awaken to our true nature, it creates an extraordinary power.
When that power is magnified thousands of times in other awakened human beings transformation of global consciousness will become an inevitability. And with that shift in collective consciousness comes outer change. We see this by the power of group meditation. When groups of individuals gather to meditate together something happens in the environment that surrounds them. Not just their direct environment, but in the neighbourhood outside that. Crime rates go down, which means that people themselves are relaxing and letting go of stress. It means there is a shift towards peacefulness.

And that effect is just with meditation. Imagine if this is compounded by a living experience of awakening, not a theory or a belief, but actually living awakening. It could be extraordinary.

AWAKENING IS THE ONY THING THAT WILL CHANGE THE WORLD.

And the first person to start is you! Your world is your only concern and responsibility. In fact your world IS the only world you can ever know. When you die the world dies with you. We imagine and think we are all living in the same world, but upon deep inspection is that true?

It would appear that we live in different worlds that interweave and overlap with each others. They are all part of the same tapestry but they have different threads and weaves. One tapestry many threads.
That truth need not put us off taking action when necessary, but it frames that action and grounds it in a deeper truth.
Taking responsibility for your world and awakening to the truth beyond beliefs and conditioning fundamentally changes perception and relationship with the apparent outside world.
In fact it changes the world altogether.
And that creates you a new as a Powerhouse of Change.

The current intensity of the outer world is the grit, the driver, for your awakening. It’s not just something thats come along as a distraction or inconvenience to your spiritual practice.

It IS your spiritual practice!
The world is all but screaming at each of us,’Who Are You!,’ What Do You Believe?”What Is Your Truth?’ and it demands that we look inside ourselves and remember wisdom, love, truth, respect, compassion and right action. In that sense the world is inviting us back to the Garden of Innocence we left as Adam and Eve. Think of that story as truth or metaphor, it still works.

We were innocent and natural. We fell to ego desires and identification with the body, became attached to all things of the flesh, forgot we were all connected as One, and began believing ourselves to be more important than each other.

We became lost in the wilderness and forgot our truth and the truth of each other. We have been lost and wandering. And now there is an invitation to come home, wiser and less naive, grounded in experience and wisdom. It is time for our epic return home as the living embodiment of truth and human experience. We are wise enough to return now.

That, my friend, is your only task. It is a mythic spiritual journey home. That is the invitation the world offers you.

DO NOT LOSE HOPE OR GIVE UP NOW.
