FERMENTED TURMERIC AND GINGER:
I have worked hard over the last few weeks/months to understand and grow my own ‘scoby.’ As a result we now have loads of excellent quality Kombucha..It is delicious and fantastic for gut health and healing.
But this last week I have taken it to a new level. I researched how to ferment turmeric and ginger. And then I use the fermented juice from the turmeric and ginger to flavor the Kombucha and it tastes WOW!!!!!
You can taste and feel how powerful and healing it is. Gut healing and anti inflammatory – YES.
So now we have the turmeric and ginger on the side of the plate with regular sauerkraut AND whenever we need we have the Kombucha to drink.
Seriously folks, this is the cheap and delicious way to get your gut health together and utilize regular anti inflammatory agents into your diet.
Its the habits we do over and over again that create health or illness, not the one off things we take or do.
